Recovery was created with specific natural ingredients to help soothe away cold and flu symptoms, like respiratory and sinus congestion, as well as muscle pain. Each herb and essential oil plays a part to detoxify and cleanse the body. Epsom Salts and Sea Salt are added to help relax muscles and reduce aches and pains. Peppermint Essential Oil and Mint Leaves help reduce inflammation. Eucalyptus Essential Oil, Ground Ginger, Ground Sage, and Rosemary Leaves were included to help reduce cold and flu symptoms like fever and headaches, as well as help clear congestion. And finally, Dried Basil Leaves are added to help uplift your mood and awaken your mind. So stop worrying and get in the tub….you’re on the road to recovery!
(Recovery can be placed in cheesecloth, tea balls, or even in an unusable pair of pantyhose if you prefer for the herbs to not float loose in the tub)
Feel free to add a few drops to half a spoon of your favorite oil (such as coconut, olive, sunflower, or vegetable) to the bath along with Recovery, which will help soften up the skin as you soak.
Don't have a tub? No problem! Recovery can be used in a variety of different ways...
For congestion put a spoon of recovery in a bowl of hot water. Place a towel over your head and breathe in the goodness!
Recovery can be used as an amazing foot soak for sore, inflammed, or stinky feet!
Others like to use Recovery as a scrub, or even sprinkle some in the shower and have it steam up for a sauna effect.
You can also mix half a spoon to a whole spoon of Recovery in a bowl with warm water and place a face cloth in the bowl. Wring it out and use as a warm and relaxing facial compress, or wrap on any sore muscles to help relieve inflammation.
For a quick sinus relief just take a couple deep sniff straight from the Recovery jar on your way out the door in the mornings
If you prefer to use a diffuser, Recovery also comes in an essential oil form
